1:
The price quoted on the site shall be the price charged to the customers credit card. (Delivery charges are to be clearly shown on the website, and the order form before card details are taken.)

2:
The video cd's sold are to be 100% Original and of a high quality. (If any video cd is incompatible with a mainstream video cd player then this will be indicated against the video cd concerned and a recommended alternative player is to be listed.) Any store charging customers for a video cd which turns out to be pirated will be removed from this site.

3:
The credit card will not be debited unless the goods are ready for dispatch to the customer, then shipment will take place as soon as the payment has cleared.

4:
An email confirmation of the order including the titles ordered and a total cost shall be sent to the customer before the goods are dispatched. A store can not be held liable if an incorrect email address has been given and a shipping discrepancy occurs that would not otherwise have done so if the customer had received the confirmation.

5:
All goods are to be shipped before the next working day. If any video cd is unavailable then an email is to be sent stating how long the delay will be and offering an opportunity to the customer to order a substitute video cd or cancel the delayed video cd unless the customer agrees that delivery shall be delayed until the title is stocked.

6:
If a shipment fails to arrive within 21 days for express delivery (or 45 days for any other worldwide non express delivery) then a replacement shipment shall be sent to the customer without charge unless evidence of delivery from the courier is provided.

7:
Any store offering a promotion on a title that is consistently out of stock, or that offers free video cd's but consistently fails to provide the customers choice of free title will warrant their removal from this site or some other disciplinary action.

8:
If upon delivery the shipment is damaged, and such damage is considered consistent with poor packaging then appropriate compensation shall be offered to the customer either by way of a replacement of the damaged title / case or as a credit against a future order. (The store reserves the right to have the damaged goods and the packaging returned to them, or to an independently appointed party, for inspection at the customers expense.)

9:
The customer and store agrees that our decision is final and binding to both parties should we ever need to intervene in a dispute.
