A Stephen Spielberg Masterpiece - a glimpse into a harsh technically oriented future the adventure begins. This is fantastic movie follows the life of a Mechas (a companion robot) called David. David was programmed to show unconditional love - an experimental Mecha who finds himself alone in a hostile world. The other children treat him like a toy but he is more than than a simple toy. What is he? Where did he come from? Why is he? David needs answers to these searching question is this epic adventure.  |

Picture Quality was excellent - the picture was clear and crisp throughout the movie even in fast moving sequences - very good encoding. | ||||||||||

A great film for older members of the family some scenes would offend younger children under 12 years of age. A really compelling and sometimes very upsetting story. | ||||||||||
Notes:The film comes on 3 disks - . There are no extra features other than a trailer for another movie at the start and an advert for a water park. The sound is in HI-FI Stereo and the distributor is Movie Magic on the Warner Brothers Home entertainment/Dream Works label. |
